Regal London Launches Second Phase Wembley Project Prices Gbp395000

British developer Regal London is preparing to launch Parkside, the second phase of their flagship development Fulton & Fifth in Wembley, in Singapore on September 7-8. The 250-unit development will consist of studios, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom apartments, ranging in size from 427 sq ft to 754 sq ft. Prices for these units start at GBP395,000 (S$675,460).

Parkside is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2025 and will offer a range of amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, yoga studio, swimming pool, high-tech golf simulator, and a cinema and games room. The development also boasts a rooftop terrace with stunning panoramic views of the surrounding area.

According to Jacob Sullivan, sales & marketing director of Regal London, the first phase of Fulton & Fifth showcased apartments with views of the iconic Wembley Stadium.
