The Hong Kong branch of Colliers International recently made two significant leadership appointments on Oct 21. Raymond Ho was named as the new executive director of the capital markets & investment services team while James Wong was appointed as the senior director.

Ho brings with him a wealth of experience from his previous role as executive director for capital markets at JLL Hong Kong. With his extensive knowledge of the industry, he is expected to make a strong impact in his new position.

Wong, who joins from his previous role at JLL Hong Kong as well, has been appointed as the senior director for capital markets & investment services. His appointment is also expected to bring significant value to the Hong Kong team.

According to Thomas Chak, head of capital markets & investment services at Colliers Hong Kong, Ho and Wong have a proven track record in transacting prime luxury residential sites in prestigious areas such as the Peak, Shouson Hill, Repulse Bay and South Bay. In their new roles, they will be responsible for providing advisory services on investment acquisition and divestment strategy, debt advisory & sales, strategic asset allocation consultancy, and M&A advisory specifically for luxury residential properties.

With these new appointments, Colliers Hong Kong is set to reinforce its position as a key player in the luxury residential market.
