CDL is set to unveil its latest development, Union Square Residences, on Havelock Road on November 1, with sales bookings scheduled to open on November 16. This 366-unit 99-year leasehold condo is the residential component of the larger Union Square project, which will also include offices, retail and F&B space, and a co-living component with a hotel license. Located in prime District 1, Union Square Residences is situated on the former sites of Central Mall and Central Square.

Comprising a 40-storey tower, the condo will offer a range of units including one-bedroom apartments starting from 463 sq ft, two-bedroom units from 700 sq ft, three-bedroom units from 990 sq ft, and four-bedroom premium units measuring 1,518 sq ft.
