The Great Room, a co-working space provider, has opened its newest location in Australia at One O’Connell Street in Sydney, in partnership with LendLease. The new workspace, situated on levels 14 and 15 of the office building, spans 25,360 sq ft. One O’Connell Street, a 36-storey property, has been a part of the Sydney CBD since its completion in 1991.
The collaboration between The Great Room and LendLease is focused on long-term investment and value creation, ensuring that the new space at One O’Connell Street offers a unique, premium product that is also sustainable and profitable. In Singapore, The Great Room has recently expanded its presence with the debut of Csuites Powered by The Great Room in Paya Lebar Quarter, its first Singapore outlet outside the CBD. This space, which opened in October, offers private manager cabins, soundproof meeting rooms, floor-to-ceiling windows, and ergonomic workstations designed for comfort and productivity.
