Tuan Sing Ceo Liem Raises Stake Company Again

Tuan Sing Holdings CEO William Liem has once again increased his ownership in the real estate company. Through his entity called Nuri Holdings (S), Liem acquired a total of 1.7 million shares from the open market on Dec 5 and 6, bringing Nuri Holdings’ stake in Tuan Sing to 54.09%. The first purchase on Dec 5 consisted of 545,300 shares for $136,325.00, or 25 cents each. The following day, Nuri Holdings bought an additional 1.2 million shares for $311,288.50, or an average of 25.9 cents each. This is not the first time Nuri Holdings has bought shares in Tuan Sing, as they also made purchases on Sept 10 and 11 at an average price of 25 cents to 25.5 cents. As of June 30, Tuan Sing’s net asset value was at 97.8 cents per share, slightly lower than the 99 cents per share as of Dec 31 2023. In related news, Tuan Sing recently acquired several assets from PT Senimba Bay Resort in Batam for $28 million and also purchased Fraser Residence River Promenade for $140.9 million. Tuan Sing Holdings reported a 5% increase in earnings to $4.8 million in FY2023 and has several new developments such as Peak Residence which offers luxury living.
