The new development features a low-rise, five-storey block with 113 apartments and two shop units. The unit sizes range from one-bedroom plus flexi at 495 square feet to five-bedroom apartments at 1,528 square feet. Prices for a one-bedroom plus flexi start at $1.235 million ($2,495 psf). Executive chairman Teo Hong Lim of Roxy-Pacific Holdings states that the average indicative price for Bagnall Haus will be around $2,450 psf.
