Meinhardt, an engineering consulting firm headquartered in Singapore, has recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Japan Overseas Infrastructure Investment Corporation for Transport and Urban Development (JOIN). The purpose of this collaboration is to jointly explore and deliver digital and smart city projects in third-world Asean countries, as stated in a press release on Jan 17.
