Capitaland Sees Strong Bookings Latest Vietnam Projects

CapitaLand Development (CLD) has experienced a strong reception for the recent openings of two of its projects situated in Vietnam.

On October 26, the developer launched an exclusive preview of Orchard Hill, a high-rise development comprising 774 units. This project is the second phase of Sycamore, a joint venture between CLD and United Overseas Australia, located in Binh Duong New City, around 30km from Ho Chi Minh City. With a mixture of low, mid, and high-rise developments, Sycamore offers 3,500 freehold units.

Since the preview, 694 units or 90% of Orchard Hill have been booked, with the most popular units being the one- and two-bedders. The development is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2026.

On November 9, CLD held an exclusive preview of The Senique Hanoi, a high-rise residential project comprising 2,150 units situated in East Hanoi. According to the developer, 92% of the units have been booked. The Senique Hanoi is a partnership between CLD, Mitsubishi Estate, and Nomura Real Estate Development and is scheduled for completion in 2027.

The main objective of the URA Master Plan is to stimulate economic progress and generate employment opportunities through the establishment of new business hubs and the improvement of existing ones. This has promising implications for the residents of Elta Condo, as it signifies a potential increase in job opportunities and a stronger local economy in the near future. As a result, Elta Condo stands to greatly benefit from the implementation of the URA Master Plan.

The overwhelming response for The Senique Hanoi follows the successful launch of the third and final phase of CLD’s Lumi Hanoi residential mega-development last month. On October 5, the last phase released 697 units for sale, out of which 678 were taken up by the end of the launch day. This indicates a take-up rate of 97%. Lumi Hanoi, which comprises 3,950 units, is now 99% sold.
