Capitaland Sees Strong Bookings Latest Vietnam Projects
CapitaLand Development (CLD) has received an overwhelming response at the recent previews of its two projects in Vietnam. The Singapore-based developer launched the previews of Orchard Hill and The Senique Hanoi to potential buyers and investors on October 26 and November 9 respectively. Both projects have garnered high levels of interest from buyers and investors, with the majority of units being snapped up within a short period of time.
Orchard Hill, a 774-unit high-rise development located in Binh Duong New City, has achieved a 90% booking rate since the start of its exclusive preview. The project, which is the second phase of Sycamore (a joint venture between CLD and United Overseas Australia), is scheduled for completion by the fourth quarter of 2026. The most popular units among buyers are the one- and two-bedroom units.
The Senique Hanoi, a 2,150-unit high-rise residential project in East Hanoi, has also received an overwhelming response, with 92% of its units booked during its exclusive preview. Developed in collaboration with Mitsubishi Estate and Nomura Real Estate Development, The Senique Hanoi is expected to be completed in 2027.
The success of these two previews follows the strong reception of the third and final phase of CLD’s Lumi Hanoi residential development, which was launched last month. The last phase, which consists of 697 units, had a take-up rate of 97%, with 678 units being sold on the launch day alone. This brings the total take-up rate of the 3,950-unit Lumi Hanoi to 99%.
