The property, situated in District 14, boasts a land area of 1,227 square feet and is zoned for both residential and institutional use with a gross plot ratio of 3.0. The shophouse itself is approximately 2,067 square feet in size and has been put up for sale with a guide price of $3.9 million, which equates to a floor area price of $1,886 per square foot.
