Both units are being offered for sale by different owners through Knight Frank’s upcoming auction. The three-bedroom unit has a guide price of $6.4 million, or $2,467 per square foot, while the penthouse has a guide price of $18 million, or $2,693 per square foot.
According to Sharon Lee, the head of auction and sales at Knight Frank Singapore, this is the first time that either property has been put up for auction.

The owner acquired the property through a resale in June 2011 for $13.2 million, or $1,975 per square foot.
